Job Title: JFW PAC Student Technician Reports to: JFW PAC Manager & Assistant Manager Dept./School: Jerry Fay Wilhelm Center for the Performing Arts
Primary Purpose: Provide support for events held at the JFW PAC. Support areas to include lighting, sound, stage, etc.
Qualifications: Students should be currently enrolled in the Theatre Production class or have trained at the JFW PAC. Minimum Education/Certification:
Currently enrolled in high school Special Knowledge/Skills: Knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office Skills Knowledge of public school operations Office skills Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic theatre knowledge
Good with large crowds Experience: Work with public school children Work with PAC equipment
JFW PAC trainging preferred Safety Operate tools and equipment according to prescribed safety procedures Follow established safety procedures and techniques to perform job duties, including lifting, climbing and carrying Correct unsafe conditions in the work area and report any conditions that are not correctable to the immediate supervisor
