BASIC FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITY:  Support the Administrator of IT Infrastructure & Security in the maintenance, repair, and installation services on a variety of district electrical and electronic equipment with a focus on communication systems. This includes but is not limited to all district: communication/intercom/sound/p.a./bell/clock, security systems, card-access systems, radio communication systems, analog telephone systems & equipment, fiber-optic/copper cabling & equipment, video surveillance systems, control systems, and other equipment as needed.

 

ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS:  Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work experience; 3-5 years of related experience; CCNA, Network+, MCP, Panduit, CCNP Enterprise, or CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure certifications preferred
