DATES:

Training: January 8, 2025 (2 hours)

Testing: January 14-17, 2025 and January 22-23, 2025

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Attend a mandatory 2-hour training session on January 8, 2025.
• Assist with administering Gifted and Talented assessments.
• Ensure the integrity and security of the testing process.
• Provide instructions to students and monitor the testing environment.
• Address and report any testing irregularities.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

• Availability for the scheduled training and all testing dates.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
• Professional demeanor and ability to maintain a secure testing environment.
• Prior experience as a test proctor or in an educational setting is preferred 

 

TRAINING AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: 

All proctors will receive test-specific training and detailed instructions regarding testing times, locations, and expectations.
